Book ReviewAlthough not a 'who done it' this entertaining story of a head-punished former pro football quarter back was a fun read. Not devoid of thrills, romance,  and intrigue, the protagonist takes a job as the QB of an Italian football team, (no U.S. team will hire him), where the players play for fun and for free. Without a championship to boast about they depend on the  bilingual American coach and the two American players (the only three paid employees) to carry them out of their slump and to increase their fan base. Meanwhile, the American QB learns: to maneuver Italian customs, drive a manual transmission, pace himself while eating, how Americans are perceived, and to put the team ahead of his own goals and desires.
