Book ReviewThis debut novel plots a bold murder of a well-known antique dealer from a quaint English town and a retired antique hunter from London. Freya Lockwood has worked extremely hard to distance herself from the life of antique hunting and insurance fraud, but finds herself drawn back in when her mentor, Arthur Crockleford, is found dead in his shop. With reluctance she returns to the small English town of her youth and she and her aunt decipher the handwritten letter and journals full of clues, word play and riddles, in the hopes of identifying the antiques forgery ring and sussing out the murderer.
