The Power of Habit

Title The Power of Habit
Author Charles Duhigg
Call Number BF335.D78 2012
Rating Highly Recommended
Book Review This book was referred to me by my book exchange buddy. It was recommended to her 5 years ago but she just read it last year. She said the book "changed her life". I agree wholeheartedly with a less dramatic proclamation. This book is amazing for those of us who wish to replace strong, embedded habits with new, better, long-lasting habits. At the end you'll find the Readers Guide of very down-to-earth and practical steps.
