The Book of Joy

Title The Book of Joy
Author His Holiness the Dalai Lama and Archbishop Desmond Tutu, with Douglas Abrams
Call Number MCNAUGHTON
Location 2nd Floor Fine Art
Rating Highly Recommended
Book Review I loved this book! I really enjoy reading the teachings of the Dalai Lama (I saw him speak!) and Desmond Tutu. The author hangs out with these two spiritual leaders for a good amount of time during the Archbishops visit with the Dalai Lama. They discuss life, humor, sadness and the 8 pillars of joy. I found so much of what they said inspiring, beautiful and touching. This book certainly brought me joy and I hope to spread it to those around me much more!
