| Book Review | I loved this book! I really enjoy reading the teachings of the Dalai Lama (I saw him speak!) and Desmond Tutu. The author hangs out with these two spiritual leaders for a good amount of time during the Archbishops visit with the Dalai Lama. They discuss life, humor, sadness and the 8 pillars of joy. I found so much of what they said inspiring, beautiful and touching. This book certainly brought me joy and I hope to spread it to those around me much more! |
