AuthorTruman Capote

Book ReviewWhat is considered to be the first true crime novel, In Cold Blood, is a mostly true account of the Clutter Family murder in 1959. Capote became fascinated by the murders and decided to write about the crime. Due to this obsession, commitment, and feelings associated with the murders/ victims and his book, it would become his last work. (There are also many movies about the crime and Capote's work on the novel that you can check out at the library.)

For those who are interested in crime, murder, etc. novels, I would recommend as it reads like a fiction novel, is thought provoking and a classic.
