Book Review
Killers of the Flower Moon examines the history of the Osage murders and how the resulting investigation uncovered a complex plot that targeted and exploited the Osage Nation for their lucrative oil rights. The book also details the connections between the murder investigation and the resulting rise of the FBI.

This was a haunting read, and the last 80 pages reflect on the disheartening truth of how deeply the Osage Nation was targeted and harmed for profit. It was troubling to see how many families will never truly get the truth or justice for what happened to their ancestors, but it was inspiring to see how many family members are still searching for answers.
