The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck

Title The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck
Author Mark Manson
Call Number McNaughton
Location 1st Floor McNaughton
Rating Not Recommended
Book Review I flipped casually backward from the end, reading a few chapters here and there, and was underwhelmed. I can think of at least five other real-life stories I'd rather read, from "The Best Bourbon I’ve Ever Tasted" to "How I Ended Up Living Off the Grid in New Mexico" to "Go Inside the Magical Life of Europe’s Family Circuses" to "How to Stand Up for Yourself" to "Tiny Beautiful Things: Advice on Love and Life from Dear Sugar," all of which deal with not giving a f*ck and its subtle intricacies in a world where we frankly do give a f*ck, or we wouldn't care to read real-life stories in the first place. Which kind of turns the concept on its head.
