| Book Review | Having read (and loved!) "All of the Light We Cannot See" by Anthony Doerr, my expectations were high going into this book of short stories. Each story stands alone yet is connected through the metaphor of memory--buried fossils, flooded villages, and storehouses of seeds. "Memory Wall" taps into something flickering and special and utterly human as we try to live simultaneously in the past, present, and future. If you like books that take you through an emotional experience, this one's for you! |
