Not Funny Ha-Ha

Title Not Funny Ha-Ha
Author Leah Hayes
Call Number PN6727.H388 N68 2015
Location 1st Floor Graphic Novel
Rating Somewhat Recommended
Book Review I stumbled upon this title and got drawn into its vortex. It is indeed 'not funny'--an emotionally heavy guide to what abortion entails--and therefore only recommended for those seeking that guidance. The story is not presented to dissuade women or tout a political message, but to offer practical information and some comfort for those preparing for and weighing procedure options, including expectations for recovery.
