| Book Review | This was supposed to be a continuation of the TV series, picking up where the series finale left off. Although it was written by the series creator, I felt like it strayed very far from the original series. I don't remember too much about the last season, but I can't imagine Buffy's gang gliding through space or Dawn growing to the size of a giant. I know that graphic novels present the opportunity for more creative leeway, but I would have much more preferred reading a graphic novel interpretation of the original series. The only part I did enjoy were the full page artwork that looked very much like the characters from the show. |
