| Book Review | Ostensibly a book about Thomas Cromwell, the behind-the-scenes "fixer" for King Henry VIII in Tudor-era England, "Wolf Hall" is so much more. It serves as a meditation on life, loyalty, and power. Readers either love it or hate it for its unique voice and style, but to me, it's so brilliantly written that it makes me want to break my pen and never attempt to write again. |
