About the Community of Readers

Established in 2007 by the Leatherby Libraries, the Community of Readers is the summer reading program for Chapman University. This program is open to everyone who has borrowing privileges at the Leatherby Libraries and a current library account, including students, faculty, staff, and alumni. Members select books from the Leatherby Libraries and become eligible to receive prizes upon submission of their first review.

Book Review This is a continuation of the Graveyard Book vol.1. Nobody Owens was saved and adopted by the spirits lying in the nearby graveyard. He had escaped as a baby from a hit man who had already murdered his family. Now Nobody has grown up and learns the secrets of his past. He is ready to face living in the outside world, even if it means he may come across the hit man who is still searching for him after 11 years.
