Genius Foods

TitleGenius Foods: Become Smarter, Happier, and More Productive While Protecting Your Brain for Life
Author Max Lugavere
Call Number McNaughton
Location 1st Floor McNaughton
Rating Somewhat Recommended
Book Review In Genius Foods, the authors tell the reader what to eat and what not to eat in order to lower your risk of dementia and other cognitive disorders. I recommend reading the book to see the list of "genius foods" which are the same foods I have seen in other diets to lower cholesterol and diabetes, and for overall health. However, I wouldn't take all of his advice such as drinking olive oil, eating all the cholesterol-rich foods you want, or skipping breakfast. These seem too extreme, especially with conflicting studies out there.
