| Book Review | In Genius Foods, the authors tell the reader what to eat and what not to eat in order to lower your risk of dementia and other cognitive disorders. I recommend reading the book to see the list of "genius foods" which are the same foods I have seen in other diets to lower cholesterol and diabetes, and for overall health. However, I wouldn't take all of his advice such as drinking olive oil, eating all the cholesterol-rich foods you want, or skipping breakfast. These seem too extreme, especially with conflicting studies out there. |
