| Book Review | Well, this story of the lives of two sisters is probably one of the bleakest things I've ever read. Yates is a wonderful writer, but must have been chronically depressed. Don't read it if you're already blue. It's like swimming in quicksand. |

- Leatherby Libraries Community of Readers
