I
read this on the airplane on my way to Japan because it seemed like the thing
to do. I did not expect to be completely engrossed and fascinated with
the story. I really had no idea about what a geisha is or went through.
It was a perfect way to peek into the history of the place I was
visiting!

- Leatherby Libraries Community of Readers
- Established in 2007 by the Leatherby Libraries, the Community of Readers is the summer reading program for Chapman University. This program is open to everyone who has borrowing privileges at the Leatherby Libraries and a current library account, including students, faculty, staff, and alumni.
