This
was an adorable story of bats who sneak into a library once a year through an
open window (provided by a friendly librarian) and proceed to engage their
imaginations through the power of reading. The illustrations are lush
and gorgeous and this book really engaged a first grade class and got them
excited about reading and the library. If I ever have kids, I would
want this book for them. I believe it is one of a series about these
little bats going on adventures as well.
