"And
then..." has an intriguing premise of ten strangers with secret pasts
who are drawn to a secluded island under false pretenses and are slowly
killed off one by one. It was riveting to watch the characters go from denial
to panic as they slowly put together what was happening to them. This
surprising novel had me guessing the entire time who the murderer was, and
Christie did not disappoint with yet another surprise twist at the end.
