| Book Review | Modern retelling of the story of a minor Greek goodness, Circe, the daughter of Helios. Didn't love it. I enjoyed the story, which filled in the gaps of Circe's life (what happened before and after the bits in Greek mythology and why), but I thought the plot dragged a bit and it didn't add much to some of the better-known characters such Odysseus, Hermes, and Daedalus. |
